Chilling Out

One can always trust their sisters to know where their limit is... and to let them know when they've over-shot it by about ten miles.

Holy hello I literally spent my whole day with this piece. I sketched it out over breakfast, lined and colored while eating lunch and all the way till dinner time. I just ate and got back home, and here it is! Lasse and Aristel (and Mog) taking a load off. 

The fact is, Ari over-works herself. This is a simple fact of who she is; she will push and push until she's ready to collapse, either from stress or exhaustion, and there's not much that can stop her from doing so... but then again, what are sisters for? Lasse is definitely the ray of sunshine of the group, and certainly the most chilled-out. When Aristel is... well, being herself, Lasse steps in and is like 'Hey, you-- yes, YOU, stop fucking working for ten freakin' seconds and smell the roses!' 

Seeing as it's rare I do backgrounds, and domestic indoor backgrounds are even more rare, I'm fairly proud of this. The couch came out well, the bookshelf leaves something to be desired but oh well, most of the stuff on the table looks about right (though the bowl of cherries got a little dark), and I love the detail of Ari's bra just hanging out over the back of the couch. Because at the end of a long fucking day, and every female on the planet is probably with me on this, the first thing to go is an underwire bra. 

Side note, Mog is an adorable little fatty.
